Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Director and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
· Identify potential candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
· Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
Requirements:
· A background in Recruiting or Health Care is preferred
· 2 years experience in a outside sales, telephone sales, search firm or in-house recruiting team
· Knowledge of Internet search techniques
· Exceptional telephone presence, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
· Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners, candidates and agencies
· BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field
· Must be very comfortable with diverse technology and proficient with MS Office products
· Proven successful telephone prospecting skills
· Strong work ethic, persistence, and achievement motivated
· Ability to multi-task
